I've studied BSc Computing (Systems & Software) at Edge Hill University and then went on to graduate at Lancaster University in summer 2009.
Primarily I would label myself as an intermediate-advanced Java programmer. The languages that I have (limited) experience with include:
I take pleasure in designing, developing and implementing applications, my satisfaction comes from developing and maintaining real-world applications that people will find useful in some way or another.
To me, programming is a type of art form that can be used to express rationale and logic. This allows me to take great enjoyment out of developing applications but also gives me a tendency to meticulously develop applications without closure.
Discussing feedback about the applications I've developed is something I enjoy because it allows me to see my ideas in another light. This way I can add functionality I've not thought about and develop applications further to the benefit of the users.
